Popular Arise Television host, Rufai Oseni has slammed Manchester United Manager, Ruben Amorim.
He tagged him as the worst coach in the club’s history.
Oseni stated this while speaking on ‘Sports Update’ segment on Arise Television’s Morning Show programme on Monday.
The TV host was reacting to a statement credited to Amorim as saying that “the current squad is the worst team, maybe in the history of Manchester United.”
The coach’s comments came after Man Utd’s 3-1 defeat to Brighton in the Premier League on Sunday.
The result leaves the Red Devils stuck in the bottom half of the table.
However, Oseni said that Amorim’s criticism of his squad was needless.
“Reuben Amorim is the worst Manchester United’s coach in over a 145 years. This was a man a lot of people were saying ‘you accepted a job mid season’, and he said he was coming to do dynamism. When he came, he did a couple of two matches. The players were not the worst in Manchester United’s history. This was needless. What he said was needless as a leader and a coach.”
