Christabel Akinola, a Nigerian doctor, has recounted the heartbreaking story of how a mother found her toddler de@d after the little girl put a charger connected to power, in her mouth.

She searched around and later found the child's lifeless body with the charging pin in her mouth while the charger head was plugged into the socket.
The doctor stated that the baby was rushed to the hospital where she was confirmed de@d by the doctors.
