President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is presiding over the 21st meeting of the Federal Executive Council, FEC, at the State House, Abuja.
Monday’s meeting began at 01:20 pm, when Tinubu arrived at the Council Chamber.
It is arguably the last for 2024.

Vice President Kashim Shettima is not attending the meeting as he is away in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, to represent President Tinubu at the commissioning and naming of a $315m oil production and storage facility.
