Stan Alieke, the legal representative of singer, Speed Darlington, has called out the police for still holding his client in their custody one week after he was re-arrested.
The singer was re-arrested in Owerri, Imo state last week after performing at a show.
In October, Speed Darlington was arrested and whisked to Abuja over a cyberbullying petition filed against him by his colleague, Burna Boy.
His arrest was due to a video he made insinuating Burna had a thing with Sean "Diddy" Combs after the American music mogul was arrested for alleged s3x trafficking and over 1,000 baby oils were found in his apartment.
Speed was later released on bail and asked to return. According to Alieke, Speed's failure to return to the police station led to his re-arrest.
