Senator Moro stated this on Tuesday during the reception in honour of notable sons and daughters of Benue South extraction by Benue Rebirth Movement, BRM, in Abuja.
The Senate Minority Leader, Abba Moro has revealed that plans to create Apa State is very feasible.
This is as agitation for the creation of the state has refused to fizzle out.
He urged the people not to lose hope as all the necessary things are being done by their elected representatives and other stakeholders to achieve that.
Senator Moro stated this on Tuesday during the reception in honour of notable sons and daughters of Benue South extraction by Benue Rebirth Movement, BRM, in Abuja.
He said it was the dream of an average person from Benue South for the area to produce the Governor of Benue State someday for fairness, equity and justice .
Moro said as politicians and leaders, they would continue to do what they are expected to do as representatives of the people to achieve the desires of the people.

“On Apa State creation, our request has been submitted to the Constitution Review Committee and we are hopeful that something positive will come out of it.
“I have also proposed the Power Rotation Bill. The bill, when passed into law, will ensure rotation of presidency amongst the six geopolitical zones in the country, governorship amongst the three senatorial districts in each state.”
He said the bill will be one of the bills that will be transmitted to states for adoption.
