Nigerian champions, Edo Queens will be making their maiden appearance at the competition.
The Confederation of African Football has announced a new prize money for this year’s edition of the CAF Women’s Champions League.
According to CAF, the winner will go home with prize money of $600,000, while the runners-up will be rewarded with $400,000.
The third-place team will cart home $350,000, while the fourth-place team will get $300,000.
All the teams will receive at least $150,000 as a participating fee.
