National Assembly Service Commission Appoints New Clerk to NASS (Photo)

Mr. Kamoru Ogunalana has been appointed as the new Clerk of the National Assembly.
 
His appointment was confirmed by the National Assembly Service Commission.
 
The appointment followed the retirement of the incumbent, Sani Magaji Tambuwal.
 
This was contained in a statement released by the Deputy Director, information, Emmanuel Onyigor of the Commission and made available to journalists on Thursday.
 
The appointment letter signed by the Chairman of the National Assembly Service Commission, Engr Ahmed Kadi indicated that the tenure of the new Clerk begins on 2nd January, 2025.
 
It read: “The National Assembly Service Commission NASC at its 610th meeting held on Wednesday, 6th November, 2024, approved your appointment as Clerk to the National Assembly CNA, with effect from 2nd February, 2025.”
 
The appointment, the letter said, followed Kamoru’s hard work and administrative competence and urged him to work hard to justify the confidence reposed in him.
