Reacting, the spokesperson of the Lagos state police command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, said the owner of the dogs has been arrested.
A security official has been ravaged by dogs in Pinnock estate in Lagos State.
A video recorded by a passerby showed the dogs hovering around the body of the security guard as he laid on the ground motionless.
Reacting, the spokesperson of the Lagos state police command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, said the owner of the dogs has been arrested.
