Popular Nigerian skitmaker and activist, Adebayo Adebowale aka Mr. Macaroni has called out Gov Babajide Sanwo-Olu for the poor condition of the roads in Lagos State.

Taking to the X platform, he urged the governor to prioritize road safety and maintenance, highlighting the dangers posed by potholes and poorly maintained infrastructure.

In his post, Mr. Macaroni sarcastically noted the governor’s busy schedule, suggesting that instead of focusing on welcoming the President from international trips, Sanwo-Olu should take time to assess the condition of Lagos roads firsthand.

He stated, “One of these days when you are not too busy with the very serious task of going to the Airport in Abuja to welcome Mr President from an International trip, kindly take a drive around Lagos roads and let us know why the government continues to risk the lives of Lagosians.”

Mr. Macaroni emphasized the urgent need for government action, pointing out that potholes are causing accidents and jeopardizing the safety of residents.

His plea denotes a growing frustration among Lagosians regarding the state of public infrastructure, calling for immediate improvements to prevent potential harm to lives and property.

In closing, Mr. Macaroni urged the governor to “do better,” reflecting the sentiments of many who feel that the current administration needs to prioritize the welfare of citizens over ceremonial engagements.
