A Nigerian woman, Mrs Oluremi Odutola has been reported dead following a short battle with br3st cancer after moving to the UK.
A sister of the deceased with username @PgrResearcher had taken to the X platform to seek financial support for the woman whose cancer was said to be spreading so fast.
In a post, she wrote, “Good day all, I never thought i would be doing this. The last week has been the hardest for me and my family. One of my sisters who came to the UK was diagnosed with br3ast cancer. Somehow, it has progressed very rapidly, even with treatments. Last week, her condition deteriorated unexpectedly.
“The doctors say they are not able to do anything else for her. We are desperate and looking for alternatives, some of which are expensive. A family friend has kindly created this “go-fund me” page for her. Please help.”
Unfortunately, the sister passed on five days after the GoFundMe donation was created to raise money for her treatment.

“My sister is gone, she couldn’t fight anymore. Thank you all to everyone who donated to help save her, we are now going to use it to contribute towards her burial 😭😭🥺,” she noted.
