Super Eagles star, Taiwo Awoniyi has gifted the Flying Eagles N2.5 million ahead of their final clash with Ghana at the WAFU B U-20 Championship.
Awoniyi used the money to boost the morale of the players.
He has now followed the footstep of his Super Eagles teammate, Wilfred Ndidi, who donated N2 million to the team last weekend.
This is coming at a time when well meaning Nigerians continue to donate to the Flying Eagles following their impressive displays in the competition.

The defending champions earned a berth at the 2025 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations following the win.
They will take on the Black Satellites of Ghana in the final of the WAFU B Championship on Wednesday.
