Court Orders Kano CP To Arrest Man Over Refusal To Make Provision For Feeding Of His Son

The Khadi, Abdul Abdullahi Waya, ordered for his summon twice but he refused to honour it and instead, threatened the court messenger with a gun.

The Kano State Commissioner of Police has been directed by an Upper Shari'a Court sitting in Shahuci to effect the arrest of a man identified as Magaji Mai Hula for refusing to obey its order.

The court had earlier ordered Mai Hula to make provision for the feeding of his child, after he was dragged to the court by his former wife.

However, he refused to obey the court order and did not appeal the judgement in any court of law.
