Immigration Service Warns Against Fake Recruitment Exercise

This was disclosed in a statement by the spokesman of the Service, DCI Kenneth Udo, in Abuja.

Kemi Nandap, the Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration Service, has warned Nigerians over the activities of fraudsters who seek to defraud members of the public with a fake recruitment exercise.

Nandap warned that the NIS is not currently recruiting.

This was disclosed in a statement by the spokesman of the Service, DCI Kenneth Udo, in Abuja.

The statement partly read, “The attention of the Comptroller General of Nigeria Immigration Service Kemi Nandap, pcc, mmis, fsmn, has been drawn to the alarming increase in fake recruitment activities being perpetrated by fraudsters.

“The NIS is working closely with relevant authorities to apprehend those involved in these fraudulent activities and bring them to justice.”
