Popular Nigerian crossdresser, Idris Okuneye aka Bobrisky has blatantly denied claims that he paid the whooping sum of N15M to the EFCC to drop the money laundering charges against him.
It was reported that the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ola Olukoyede, ordered an immediate investigation into alleged bribery allegations purportedly levelled against some officers of the Commission by Idris Okuneye (a.ka.a Bobrisky) in a viral audio released by social activist, Very Dark Man.
In the audio, Bobrisky told a yet-to-be-identified person in a phone conversation that he paid some unnamed officials of the commission the sum of N15,000,000( Fifteen Million Naira only) for them to drop money laundering charges against him.
However, he denied the allegation, insinuating that the audio recording was fake.
He stated that he served his jail term in full and never paid the sum of N15M to the commission as alleged in the viral voice recording.
