CP Nnaghe Obono Itam, the Commissioner of Police in Anambra state, has directed a thorough probe into the killing of three persons and five others who sustained varying injuries on Monday, September 9 at Isionye land, a boundary between Enugu ukwu and Nwafia.

Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the command, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, said the CP has sued for calm as Police operatives have recovered the abandoned Sennia vehicle used by the m#rders.
He added that the testimonies of the injured victims who are currently receiving treatment in the hospital is aiding the investigation while the bodies of the deceased have been deposited in the morgue.
