The actor shared a message on his Instagram page, urging youths not to feel pressured or intimidated by their lack of material possessions.

Controversial Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has urged youths to engage in legitimate jobs.

According to him, crime doesn't pay.

The actor took to his Instagram page on Sunday to offer words of advice to youths.

He emphasized that no car, phone, or other material item is worth taking someone’s life or committing a crime over.

Edochie explained also that material things lose value over time, while new trends always emerge, reinforcing the idea that chasing temporary possessions through illegal means is not the answer.

He encouraged young people to focus on legitimate businesses and trust that God will reward their efforts in due time.

His message reads: “Dear young people, no car, phone, or material stuff is worth killing someone for, neither is it worth doing crime. Material things will always get old and fizzle away and new ones will pop out. Never feel intimidated if you don’t have them. Keep your dealings legit always. God will bless your hustle at the right time.”
