IK Ogbonna, in support of the Super Eagles forward, highlighted Osimhen’s exceptional talent and influence in football.

Nollywood actor IK Ogbonna has sent a message of support to Super Eagles star, Victor Osimhen following his unsuccessful transfer attempts.

Recall that Victor Osimhen was linked with a potential move to Chelsea and Saudi Arabian club Al-Ahli during the transfer window before the deals fell apart.

Following the failed deal, he was removed from Napoli’s first squad, with his jersey number now assigned to Belgian forward Romelu Lukaku.

Reacting on Instagram, IK Ogbonna wrote: “@victorosimhen9 you’ve been at the center of the most important transfer story this window, a testament to your incredible talent and the impact you’ve made on football. While no one knows the full story behind the decisions made, true strength lies in making choices and standing by them with integrity. Real men take responsibility, and I believe that whatever decision you made was the right one at the time.

“It’s disheartening to see some voices from Nigeria coming at you with the wrong words when they should be lifting you up. You come from a place where you are massively respected, and the world needs to see that. You are the King of African Football, and your accomplishments make us proud every single day.

“Victor, we love and respect all that you’ve achieved. As a Chelsea fan, I would have loved to see you grace Stamford Bridge with your brilliance, but there’s always time. Keep shining, and remember that you have the unwavering support of those who believe in you.”
