A video of Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Burna Boy stepping on Naira notes at a nightclub has raised eyebrows.

The artist was seen dancing to various songs, including his own hits. However, his actions involving Nigerian currency have raised concerns.

In the video, Burna Boy appears to step on Naira notes, which is prohibited by the Central Bank of Nigeria.

According to Nigerian law, mistreating the currency in such a manner can result in a minimum of six months imprisonment, a 50,000 Naira fine, or both.

Recall that popular crossdresser, Bobrisky was sentenced to 6 months imprisonment for Naira abuse while socialite, Cubana Chiefpriest was also arraigned for the same offense.
