In an update, she said they have located the mother of the girl, who hails from Ondo State.
Oyiza who returned to Nigeria in 2017, after her release, advised people to avoid the country.
The National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, in August 2024, disclosed that it had helped no fewer than 298 Nigerians trapped in Libyan prisons return home to reunite with their families since it began a repatriation exercise last year.
