BSU Lecturer Seen In Viral Video Assaulting Young Man Who Entered His Class While He Was Teaching

A video of a lecturer at the Benue State University in Makurdi assaulting a young man in class has sparked outrage on social media.

Mr. Ichor Tersagh is a visiting lecturer at Benue State University (BSU) from the Department of Microbiology at Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi.

A video circulating online shows Tersagh slapping and knocking a young man on the head in front of a lecture hall.

There are conflicting reports about who the victim is.

Some allege he is a hawker who entered the class, unaware a lecture was going on.

Others claim he is a student who entered the class while the lecturer was teaching.
