The NPFL also fined Enyimba N10m for the unruly behaviour of their players, officials and supporters during the game.
The league body has also fined Rangers N5m for various offences, including non provision of adequate security, encroachment on the pitch by fans and other unauthorized persons, as well as sales of tickets to spectators exceeding the stadium capacity.
Both clubs have 48 hours to appeal the decision.
With this development, Rangers now remain on course to win the 2023/24 season NPFL title.
