She addressed allegations of cyberstalking musician Skiibii.
Recall that after spending two weeks in jail, Nicki DaBarbie was granted bail, but the controversy surrounding her arrest continues to spark conversations.
She had alleged that Skiibii and fellow artist Mayorkun drugged her and wanted to use her for money ritual.
Following her release, Nicki DaBarbie expressed frustration stating that she frequently faces imprisonment whenever she defends herself.
In her words;
“Whenever I speak up for myself I get thrown in prison. If you threaten my life, I’ll still call you out, prison or no prison. The system is messed up. It’s who is more popular and has more money they would side with, even with all your evidence. Who knows what would have happened if I hadn’t quickly gone live that day. Maybe my dead body would have been found on the roadside just to keep me silent. Grateful to God almighty for my life. Each time I trust a man, they show me shege banza.”
