Two Nigerian Men Arrested For Allegedly Selling Cocaine In Thailand

The suspects, Harrison Chinonso Onyema, 40 and Ogadinma Promise Onyema, 41, were arrested at a parking area of a hotel on the Kata Road in Karon on Thursday, April 11, 2024.

Two Nigerian men have been arrested by the Tourist Police in Phuket, Thailand, on charges of allegedly selling cocaine.

Police in a statement at the weekend said the suspects, Harrison Chinonso Onyema, 40 and Ogadinma Promise Onyema, 41, were arrested at a parking area of a hotel on the Kata Road in Karon on Thursday, April 11, 2024.

They were taken to the Karon Police Station to face the charge of selling illegal category 2 drugs (cocaine).

Mr. Harrison is also facing an additional charge of illegally entering and staying in the Kingdom of Thailand.

The two suspects plea to the charges or statements was not released to the press.
