In a recent Interview the ‘Soso’ singer was featured in, he listed out the artist that he believes that are key to his breaking forth in the music scene.
Popular Afropop singer, Omah Lay has thanked Burna, Wiz, Davido and Olamide for paving the way for him and others.
He stated this in a recent Interview.
According to him, the singers he listed were key to him becoming famous.
His words:
“I feel like I wouldn’t have been here if it weren’t for the previous generation – Burna, Wiz, Davido and Olamide – they are the reasons why I am here right now and I am doing it like this. Yeah, I can’t say for sure what exactly it is that I am doing differently; I’m just doing me and it is what it is.”
