Why I Keep My Private Life Away From Social Media - Broda Shaggi

Samuel Perry, the Nigerian skit maker better known as Broda Shaggi has opened up why he keeps his private life away from online drama.
 
He spoke in a recent interview with actress Iyabo Ojo.
 
According to Shaggi, his private life is important to him that is why he tries to protect it.
 
He said it is the reason he prefers small weddings to elaborate ones.
 
He added that he believes in love, family, and raising children.
 
“I am not a fan of big weddings. Even if I am going to get married, I am not a fan of big weddings,” he said.

“I do not know if you have noticed, I keep my personal life out of social media space. Because my personal life is very important to me and I just want to protect it.

“But I believe in love. I believe in one-man-one-woman type of love. I believe in family. I believe in raising my own kids.

“I am going to have my own family by God’s grace but not very soon. There is nothing like getting old. I do tell people, you do not need to rush into marriage.”
 
Shaggi is a graduate of creative arts from the University of Lagos (UNILAG).
 
He first gained popularity on social media platforms where he posted short comedy skits.
 
He has also featured in several movies and TV shows.
