32-Year-Old Missing Man Identified As One Of The Two Persons Allegedly Killed By ATBU Students In Bauchi

The graduate of Federal University Kashare, Gombe State, left home in the Rafin Zurfi Yelwa area of the state on Saturday, 17th February 2024, to see a friend, but never returned.

Rehoboth Joseph Deshi, a 32-year-old man, who was declared missing in Bauchi State, has been found dead.

All efforts made by friends and family members to find him proved abortive.
 
His body was reportedly found dumped in a bush in the outskirts of Kuhu village via Furum ward in Bauchi Local Government Area in the early hours of Sunday, February 18.
 
Spokesperson of the Bauchi State Police Command, SP Ahmaed Mohammed Wakil, identified Reboboth Joseph Deshi as one of the two persons killed by suspected cultists.

It had been earlier reported that the three suspects, Hoomvez Martins Nyelong, Daniel Audu Adamu and Maigari Inuwa, were arrested after they were seen roaming around the area.
 
Two of the suspects are said to be students of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU).
