The man took to the streets to warn people who intended to celebrate the famous lover’s day by amorous means to desist from doing so.

So, one day after Valentine's Day, he took to the streets again to question those who did not sleep in their homes, asking them why they chose to disobey his instructions.

He called them out for having sleepy eyes because of their overnight activities to mark lovers day.
