According to Doyin, the show isn’t for everyone but for those with a strong mental stability.

Doyin David, the reality TV star, has advised potential reality show contestants to refrain from applying for the BBNaija show if they are not mentally stable.

According to Doyin, the show isn’t for everyone but for those with a strong mental stability.

She spoke in an interview with The Morning Brief on Channels TV.

The brand influencer, who was a housemate in Big Brother Naija‘s “Level Up” and “All Stars” seasons, talked about her life after the show, saying the financial element had been thrilling.

However, she believes it negatively affects mental health since it exposes people to judgement about their lives from others.

Doyin pointed out that despite the show’s flaws, the positive aspects outweigh the negative.

In her words: “I keep saying it. If you are not like mentally grounded and you are not sure about who you are and the type of person that you are, maybe you still have like issues with your mental health, I will not advise you to go on that show.”
