On Friday, December 29, Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, extended his condolences with a visit to the family of the late Ondo state governor, Rotimi Akeredolu.
He paid the condolence visit to Akeredolu's family at their residence in Ibadan, Oyo State accompanied by the governor-elect, Ahmed Ododo.
Bello shared photos of his visit on his Facebook page saying: "On behalf of the good people of Kogi State, I extend my heartfelt condolence to the family of my dear brother and friend, His Excellency, Late Gov. Rotimi Akeredolu Aketi on his tragic demise. May his gentle soul rest in peace.”
