Williams Uchemba, the popular Nigerian actor, has cried out about the poor electricity supply and lack of diesel to power generators across the country.
In a video shared online, Williams says he lives in an estate in ‘Ikoyi where it was said that there will always be 24 hours power supply.
He stated that things have now gone so bad that they hardly have power. He stated that the PHCN manager in his area was contacted and he asked that the estate chairman must come and see him. According to Williams, the manager is looking for ’Christmas money'.
Williams said his driver has been unable to purchase Diesel as it is unavailable in most fuel stations.
He said that he has now resorted to speaking to his neighbours who have diesel to buy from them and that some of them have increased the price from the N1200 per litre.
‘’The rich is not crying. The rich is dying. With all your money, you will die in Nigeria'' he said
