The immediate past President, Muhammadu Buhari attended the passing out parade of the newly formed Katsina Community Watch Corps (KCWC) on Tuesday, October 11.
Buhari attended the event held at Muhammadu Dikko Stadium, Katsina, North West Nigeria.
