The residence of Katsina State Commissioner of Information and Culture, Dr. Bala Zango, located in Zangon Daura, has been razed down by an early morning fire on Saturday.
Details surrounding the incident were still unknown as of Saturday afternoon.

An official who was part of the entourage but who pleaded for anonymity, confirmed the incident.
”You know Iam not supposed to speak on this incident, but the country home completely burnt down,” the official disclosed on Saturday evening.
The commissioner did not pick his calls and has not responded to the SMS sent to him on the incident.
