The viral video of the officials cutting the student's hair has stirred reactions on social media.
A video has captured the moment some officials of Bowen University were cutting the hair of students for being long.
While it is unclear if it's part of the school's rules, one of the officials was heard saying “is this what your parents pay money for?”
