However, after the NBA President, Yakubu Maikyau announced Portable to the stage, some lawyers furiously staged a walkout at his appearance while others were filled with wild excitement.

The incident happened early Thursday at the Velodrome of the MKO Abiola Stadium, Abuja, the country’s capital, where some legal practitioners had fun with the vibes as they danced to the ‘Zah Zuh’ crooner’s performance.

The lawyers had a week-long NBA annual conference which started on Sunday with the theme: “Getting it Right and Charting the Course for Nigeria’s Nation Building.”

In a viral video, Portable was seen climbing the poles to entertain the lawyers in the late hours of Thursday.

Reacting to Portable’s presence at the concert, Yesufu opined that the artiste was a step-up considering that the NBA also invited President Bola Tinubu.

According to her, “After inviting Tinubu who was disdainful of them during campaign season, Portable is actually a re-branding and doing better for them.”
