The former governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai has told Nigerians to forget about him.
According to him, those who are constantly preoccupied with thoughts about him should calm down and move on with their lives.
He made the statement on Wednesday on Twitter.
He was reacting after being mocked on social media over Senate's refusal to confirm him as Minister.
According to the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio further security checks had to be conducted.
Speaking on Wednesday morning, El-Rufai, who has allegedly left the country, urged those preoccupied with him to forget about him.
