Nguroje added that the state Commissioner of Police has directed that the suspects be arraigned in court as soon as investigation is completed.
Two men identified as Abdullahi Iya, 20, and Barkindo Yahaya, 19 have been arrested by the police in Adamwa state.
They were arrested for attempting to kidnap and kill two residents of the state.
A statement released by the spokesperson of the command says the suspects were arrested after they called and threatened to kidnap or kill Halilu Bello and Abubakar Hammayero if they fail to pay a ransom of N10 million.
Both men immediately alerted the police and after a diligent investigation, the suspects were nabbed.
