Singer, Paul Okoye And His Ex-Wife Reunite For Their Children’s Sake

The singer, who is currently in Detroit with his twin brother, Peter Okoye, for their concert, chose to include his kids in his rehearsal process by taking them to witness it firsthand.

 

Paul Okoye, the famous Nigerian singer, and his ex-wife recently reunited briefly.

They came together for a heartwarming family gathering, putting their children’s well-being at the forefront.

The singer, who is currently in Detroit with his twin brother, Peter Okoye, for their concert, chose to include his kids in his rehearsal process by taking them to witness it firsthand.

In a video shared on Paul’s Instagram page, the ex-couple appeared focused on creating a positive atmosphere for their children, demonstrating their commitment to being a united family.

The video captured the moment Peter and Paul arrived at the house to pick up the kids for their rehearsal.

According to Paul, he wanted his kids to see how he practises for his concert.

Although the video showcased the couple maintaining a level of social distance, their joint effort in ensuring their children’s happiness was palpable.

Anita, Paul’s ex-wife, took to social media to express her joy in reuniting with the singer for the sake of their kids.

She stated that seeing her kids’ eyes light up beside their father and his twin brother, Peter Okoye made her heart overflow with pride and emotion.

She noted how these memories are what they would hold close to.

She described their experience at the Afronation concert as magical, highlighting how their kids not only watched their father perform for the first time but also joined him on stage.

Anita said: “Afronation was magical. Not only did my kids watch their dad perform for the first time, but they also joined him in the spotlight.

“Seeing their eyes light up beside their Papa and Uncle Papa, crafting memories that I know will be cherished forever. My heart overflows with pride and emotion. These are memories they’ll hold close, always.”
