The suspected cable vandal was caught in the early hours of Thursday, June 22, 2023, by members of the Civilian JTF in the town.
A youth leader identified as Comrade Eze Nwabrije, was apprehended after he was allegedly nabbed vandalizing electricity cables in Omoku town, River State.
