An 18-year-old man identified as Ayo Olamide has been arrested by the Lagos State police command after he was caught removing iron fasteners from the Agege rail track.
In a video recording, Ayo who spoke in Yoruba, said he is an indigene of Abeokuta, Ogun state.
He mentioned that he sells the metals for N2,000, to some persons who then use them in their companies.
