This is coming after the tribunal admitted some evidence they brought into the case.
The Labour Party, LP, stormed the election petition tribunal on Friday, June 9, with an HD TV in a bid to prove that their mandate was allegedly stolen by the All Progressives Congress, APC.
It is expected that they would play all video recordings of INEC chairman, Yakubu Mahmood promising that the electoral results will be transmitted electronically.
They will also play other video evidence they have on the HD TV.
