A Nigerian man has taken to Twitter to lament after residents in Aba, Abia state, filled up a refuse dump on a major road, hours after it cleared.

In a video shared online, the man who witnessed when it was cleared, wrote;
‘’This REFUSE DUMP was cleared yesterday Sunday...
When I say cleared I mean totally cleared..
Just today Monday my fellow "Aba people" have done what they're known for,later they'll blame Dr Alex Otti OFR for not clearing it''
