Shaggi won best actor in a comedy Drama, Movie or TV Series category with his role in the movie “Inside Life.”
Nigerian actor, skit maker and comedian Samuel Animashaun Perry, popularly known as Broda Shaggi, has won the 2023 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Award, AMVCA, for the ‘Best Actor in a Comedy’.
Shaggi won best actor in a comedy Drama, Movie or TV Series’ category with his role in the movie “Inside Life.”
Broda Shaggi had in April in a tweet announced his nomination for the award.
He wrote: “Hello, how are you? I’ve been nominated again for AMVCA’s Best Actor in a Comedy. Two nominations in the category for my roles in SURVIVORS and INSIDE LIFE.”
Recall that the comedian won in the same category at the 2022 African movie awards, while Osas Ighodaro won in ‘Best Actress in a Drama, Movie, or TV Series.’ He also won the same category last year.
