Mr Abure stated this while playing host to Akpabio, some Senators-elect and other members of the APC.
The National Chairman of Labour Party, Barr. Julius Abure has reiterated that the party is not interested in a government of national unity.
He made the statement after Senator Godswill Akpabio and some Senators-elect of the All Progressives Congress paid him a visit.
Akpabio said they came to solicit the support of the Labour Party in order to emerge as the next senate president of the country in the upcoming 10th National Assembly.
In the meeting, after stating why they came on the courtesy call, Akpabio made allusion to the pleas of the president-elect for opposition to sheath their sword and support his incoming government.
Responding, Abure said the party is in court. He added that they are not interested in supporting Bola Tinubu's government until the court gives its ruling.
According to Abure, senators from the party have been given the freedom to choose the person they will be supporting to emerge as Senate President.
