Workers’ Day: Pay Nigerian Workers Between N100k-N250k - Sowore Tells FG

The minimum wage in Nigeria is currently N30,000, however, there have been calls for the government to increase it as the cost of living has increased.

Presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, Omoyele Sowore, has called on the Buhari-led government to increase the pay of workers between N100,000 to N250,000 as monthly remuneration.

This is coming as Nigerians celebrate workers day today, May 1.

Omoyele made the appeal on social media.
