A tragic incident this morning has claimed the lives of four people after a 5 storey-building collapsed in Lekki, Lagos.

About four persons have died this morning after a five storey-building collapsed at Chisco bus stop opposite Oando Gas station Lekki Phase One.
The incident happened barely an hour ago.
The Director, Lagos State Fire Service, Rasaq Fadipe, has confirmed that five people have been rescued alive as search for others is still ongoing.
National Emergency Management Agency officials are also on ground helping in the rescue operation.
