The Enugu East Senator who is also a former Governor of the state lost his senatorial seat to Kelvin Chukwu of Labour Party.
An old tweet of Chimaroke Nnamani boasting that he cannot be defeated in Enugu politics has resurfaced online.
This comes after he lost in Saturday's election.
In the tweet, Chimaroke wrote “Be serious and think! Who will beat me in an election in Enugu?”
The Enugu East Senator who is also a former Governor of the state, contested on the platform of Peoples Democratic Party but lost his senatorial seat to Kelvin Chukwu of Labour Party who was drafted three weeks ago after the murder of his older brother, Oyibo Chukwu, who was the initial candidate of Labour Party in the senatorial district.
