INEC announced Labour party's candidate, Chidi Mark Obetta as winner of Saturday’s National Assembly election.
The Returning officer, Prof Romanus Eze declared the results.
He said Chidi Obetta scored a total of 50,881 vote to defeat his closest rival, Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, candidate, Chief Vita Abba who polled 19, 347 votes.
