2023 Polls: Kogi Orders Closure Of Schools From Feb 22

The Director, Basic and Secondary Education, Kogi State Ministry of Education, Mr Matthew Salami disclosed this in a statement on Friday.


The government of Kogi state has ordered the closure of all public and private schools from Wednesday, February 22, 2023, as the general election draws closer.

Salami noted that schools are to resume on Monday, March 13, 2023.

According to the statement, management and teachers of schools are not affected by this directive.
