Redesign Policy: Supreme Court Adjourns Hearing In Suit Filed by Kaduna, Kogi, Zamfara

The Supreme Court sat today to hear suit filed by three governors of the All Progressives Congress.

 
The Supreme Court has adjourned suit filed by Kaduna, Kogi and Zamfara states against the federal government's cashless policy.
 
The states are seeking a restraining order to stop the full implementation of the naira redesign policy of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
 
In its ruling today, the apex court adjourned hearing until Feb. 22.
