However in a statement released yesterday afternoon, the association said the issues have been resolved and its members have been told to resume operations.

The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has called off the suspension notice earlier sent to its members following amicable resolution of the issues of contention, which led to panic buying by members of the public.

IPMAN had earlier called for suspension of sale of petroleum products in all filling stations following what it described as the losses it members have incurred so far as fuel scarcity persists.

However in a statement released yesterday afternoon, the association said the issues have been resolved and its members have been told to resume operations.
